While this is a 6-week progressive series, members and class pack holders are welcome to attend any class — whether you join once to experience its benefits or come weekly to deepen your practice. Because it’s done entirely standing (no yoga mat or floor work), it’s ideal for all levels and especially supportive for those with limited mobility.
