Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a Workshop, Circle, SUP Class, or Private Service (Reiki, Aura Photography, Bio-Well Scanning, Bio-Cor, Bio-Mat, Private Yoga Session, Workshop, or Home Energy Cleansing) up to 3 hours prior to the start time for credit. The Client will be credited to their account for use within 2 months’ time, OR per the date of the service package purchased, if applicable. Cancel via your online account, Offeringtree App, sending your request to jessicamanypathswellness@gmail.com, or text 404-312-0569.
No credits or refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellation requests under 3 hour notice from start time.
Memberships:
Memberships may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Due to automated billing, cancellations must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are not issued for membership renewals processed before cancellation is received.
Introductory Offers & Promotional Passes (including New Student Specials):
Introductory offers are promotional and time-bound. Once activated, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Many Paths Wellness for travel or unforeseen circumstances.
Class Packages:
Class packs are non-refundable once purchased. Expiration dates are listed at time of purchase. Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Many Paths Wellness.
The Client may request to cancel their Retreat, subject to the following:
• >90 days from Retreat start date: Full refund minus $100 non-refundable administrative charge.
• >60 days from Retreat start date: 75% refund minus $100 non-refundable administrative charge.
• >30 days from Retreat start date: 50% refund minus $100 non-refundable administrative charge. The Company will not issue a refund after this date.
• 30 days or less from Retreat start date: 100% of retreat price is forfeited.

The following applies for 1:1 coaching/programs:
• If you realize the program you purchased is not right for you, please email jessicamanypathswellness@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, and the Company will promptly issue an instruction to our payment processor to refund your payment, minus a 5% transaction fee. A credit will be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
• If you opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within the refund window, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
• If you experience any difficulties accessing, retrieving, or downloading your purchased Product(s), contact the Company immediately at jessicamanypathswellness@gmail.com.
• The Company will not, under any circumstances, issue any refunds, in whole or in part, after the refund deadline. If you initiate a chargeback, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency at our sole discretion.
• Your license to use the purchased Product and related materials is revoked immediately upon your receipt of a refund. By requesting and accepting a refund, you agree to immediately cease using and delete all materials related to the purchased Product from all your electronic devices, including but not limited to video recordings, audio recordings, forms, templates, checklists, guides, slide decks, and other resources.
• Once the Company has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, without a change fee, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee at the current coaching hourly rate.
• Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
Refund Window (14 days + before start date):
If you decide a Group Program is not a fit, please email jessica@manypathswellness.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase and before the program start date to request a refund. If approved, Many Paths Wellness will issue a refund minus 5% non-refundable payment processing fees. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider.
After the Program Begins:
Because Group Programs are live cohorts with limited enrollment and reserved space, no refunds (full or partial) are issued once the program has begun, and no refunds are issued after the refund deadline.
Payment Plans:
If you enroll using a payment plan and do not request a refund within the refund window, you agree to complete all remaining payments in your payment plan.
Attendance / Missed Live Sessions:
Live group sessions are not eligible for 1:1 make-up sessions. If replays are offered for a program, they will be provided as a courtesy for missed sessions; however, access to replays does not change the refund policy.
Fit Support:
If you are unsure whether a program is aligned for you, please email jessica@manypathswellness.com before the program start date and we will help you discern whether the container is a fit.
Access After Refund:
If a refund is issued, access to the program and all related materials is revoked.
