From Practice to Integration

Yoga is often where awareness begins — in the body, the breath, and the nervous system.

For some, that awareness naturally leads to deeper questions about energy, patterns, and personal alignment.

Our transformational programs are designed for those moments — offering a supportive container to understand what you’re sensing and bring it into lived experience.

Studio Notes for a Great Class Experience

To support a grounded, welcoming practice space—especially as classes grow—please keep these in mind:

  • Reserve ahead when possible. Some classes may fill.

  • Be on time. The front door is typically locked at class start time—please be in the room and on your mat by then.

  • Expect a cozier room sometimes. Yoga is traditionally practiced in shared space. We may be closer than you’re used to, and we treat it as part of the practice (awareness + consideration).

  • Prop hallway = mindful flow. Our prop area is a narrow hallway. Move slowly, make space for others entering, and keep traffic moving with care.

  • Community connection is encouraged—please keep voices low. Sound carries in our open room.

  • Phones fully silent (not vibrate).

  • Leaving early? Tell your teacher before class begins so we can plan for a quiet exit.

  • Cancellation policy: Cancel at least 1 hour prior to avoid losing your class credit. If a class is close to full, earlier cancellation (2+ hours) helps someone on the waitlist.

Essential Oils / Incense Note

We occasionally use essential oils and/or incense during class. If you have sensitivities, please reach out ahead of time so we can help you choose a class or setup that feels supportive.

Early Morning Hybrid Class (In-person + Zoom)

To keep setup smooth:

  • Zoom has a separate registration link (so we know who is online vs. in-person).

  • Zoom registration closes at 10pm the night before.
