Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a supportive, accessible class designed to help you build mobility, strength, balance, and body awareness in a gentle, approachable way. Using the chair as a primary prop, students explore yoga postures, breathwork, stretching, and mindful movement with more stability and support.

This class is ideal for those with injuries, joint concerns, limited mobility, balance challenges, recovery needs, or anyone who feels more comfortable practicing with the support of a chair. It can also be beneficial for people who spend long hours sitting and want to improve posture, flexibility, circulation, and functional strength for everyday life.

Chair Yoga is not just for seniors. It is for anyone who wants a more supported way to move, reconnect with their body, and experience the benefits of yoga without the pressure of getting up and down from the floor or keeping up with a traditional flow class.

At Many Paths Wellness, this class is offered in a warm, welcoming studio environment with thoughtful guidance and access to a wide variety of props to help each student feel supported in their own body and journey.
