Step into the timeless practice of Tai Chi Gung, a 3,000-year-old Tibetan moving meditation that awakens energy, restores balance, and fosters deep calm. Through gentle, standing movements accessible to all, you’ll experience a progressive journey of transformation.

Unlike drop-in yoga classes, this specialty 6-week series is cumulative and designed to build week to week. With limited spots, you’ll practice in a supportive group setting while receiving personal guidance from Brian.
