Join us for an evening of tranquility and rejuvenation with our Intro to SUP and Restorative SUP Yoga class. This unique 90-minute session combines the basics of Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with the calming practice of Restorative Yoga, all while floating gently on serene waters.

What to Expect:

  • Introduction to SUP: Learn the fundamentals of maneuvering on the board, using the paddle, and maintaining balance. Our experienced instructors will guide you through every step to ensure you feel confident and comfortable on the water.

  • Restorative Yoga on the Water: Experience deep relaxation with restorative yoga poses performed while seated or lying on your board. These gentle stretches are designed to release tension and promote flexibility.

  • Guided Meditation: End the session with a soothing guided meditation as you float peacefully, allowing your mind to unwind and connect with the natural surroundings.

Benefits:

  • Stress Relief: The combination of gentle water movement and restorative yoga helps reduce stress and promote a sense of calm.

  • Enhanced Flexibility: Deep stretches performed on the board improve flexibility and release muscle tension.

  • Improved Balance: Practicing yoga on a SUP board enhances core strength and balance.

  • Mindfulness and Relaxation: The guided meditation helps clear the mind, fostering mindfulness and a deeper connection with nature.

Whether you're new to paddleboarding or yoga, or looking to enhance your practice, this class offers a unique and serene way to connect with your body and mind. Join us for an evening of peaceful floating and restorative practice.

Newbies and experienced yogis welcomed. Teens and Adults welcome: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. You must be able to swim in case you fall off of the board.
