
120 Minute Stand Up Paddleboard Intro & Yoga Class
This class combines the best of both worlds: a SUP introduction and "basics" session, then some gentle and relaxing yoga while on the board!
*Special Last Class of the Season*
This 120-minute class combines the peacefulness of yoga together with the serenity of being on the water, while also adding in a totally manageable challenge of balance and sense of play. We’ll gear up with all the necessary equipment, go through an instruction for paddling form, function, and safety, paddle around on the lake for a little bit to try out our new skills. We'll enjoy a 60 minute yoga session, combining gentle movement, restorative poses, and some guided meditation.
Classes are limited to 6 persons. Newbies and experienced yogis welcomed. Teens and Adults welcome: Minors must be accompanied by an adult. You must be able to swim or wear the personal floatation device provided in case you fall off of the board. Please remember your sunscreen, comfortable sun & yoga clothing, towel for when you're done, water, and water shoes (shoes that can get wet while entering/exiting the lake and help keep you from slipping).
