Rooted in breath, alignment, energy awareness, and authentic yogic wisdom, this series supports beginners and returning practitioners who want more than just exercise — and who want to understand how and why yoga works for their body and nervous system.
MPW Foundations — Module II: Mind & Meaning
is a 4-week series designed to deepen your understanding of yoga as a whole system—body, breath, mind, and awareness.
While Module I focuses on physical foundations and confidence in movement, Module II turns inward. Here, we explore why yoga works, how breath shapes the nervous system, and how ancient yogic principles show up in modern life.
This module is experiential, reflective, and accessible. You do not need to be physically advanced or have prior knowledge of yoga philosophy. Curiosity and a willingness to explore inner awareness are enough.
Each session includes gentle movement (hatha / yin / fusion-style pacing), guided breath practices, discussion, and short meditation experiences designed to help quiet mental chatter and cultivate presence.

You do not need to have taken Module I to participate.
The MPW Foundations Series is offered as a progressive learning experience with limited capacity to support continuity, personalized instruction, and a consistent group container.
Participants may choose one of the following at registration:
Full Series Registration
Registers and reserves your spot for all sessions in the series.
Non-members: $140
Members: $70
Membership incentive: $60 credit toward your first month of Unlimited Membership
Module I participants: $60 credit toward Module II or a monthly membership (used within 30 days)
Drop-In Registration (Space Available)
Drop-in spots may be available if the series is not full. Drop-in attendance does not reserve a spot and is not guaranteed from week to week.
Drop-in: $40 Non-Member/$25 member
We do not prorate series pricing for partial attendance.
Full-series registration reserves your space for the entire series.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or credited, as your spot is held regardless of attendance.
If you are unsure you can attend all sessions, we recommend selecting the drop-in option (space permitting).
Series registrations are non-refundable once the series begins. If you cancel before the first session, you may receive studio credit.
Once the series has begun, registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
This policy reflects the limited capacity and commitment required to hold space for a full series.
Drop-in classes will fall under the standard Refund/Cancellation Policy
