Each monthly experience includes:
• Restorative yoga postures with full support
• Crystal singing bowls and expanded sound healing elements
• Individual Reiki support for each participant
• Personalized foot singing bowl experience
• Nervous system regulation, grounding, and energetic clearing

Offered in March, June, September, and December, these special extended sessions provide a slower, deeper restorative arc aligned with the transitions of the seasons.

This immersive 90-minute experience includes:
• Extended restorative yoga
• Continuous crystal sound bath journey
• Reiki energy healing
• Seasonal ritual element woven into the experience
• Deeper integration, stillness, and nervous system restoration

Unlike the monthly sessions, the quarterly immersion does not include the foot bowl experience, allowing for uninterrupted sound healing and a continuous restorative flow throughout the evening.

Quarterly sessions are limited to 15 participants for a deeply intentional experience.
