At Many Paths Wellness, we understand that every body, every life season, and every healing journey is different. For some, a private session is the perfect place to begin. For others, it is an opportunity to receive more individualized guidance, ask questions, move at a comfortable pace, and cultivate a practice that truly supports their life.

Whether you're brand new to yoga, feeling hesitant about stepping into a group class, looking to build consistency, or seeking a more therapeutic and personalized approach, we are here to help.

We currently offer two types of personalized sessions: Private Yoga and Yoga Therapy.


Private Yoga

Private Yoga sessions offer individualized support for those who want a practice tailored to their goals, experience level, comfort, and pace.

These sessions are ideal if you are:

  • new to yoga and want help learning the basics

  • hoping to deepen your practice with more personal guidance

  • feeling nervous or uncertain about attending a group class

  • looking to build consistency and establish a supportive routine

  • wanting personalized feedback, modification, and encouragement

  • seeking a more intentional practice designed around your needs

A Private Yoga session may include movement, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, foundational postures, strength, flexibility, mobility, or support in refining and deepening your practice.

Whether you are just beginning or have practiced for years, our team is here to support you in building a yoga practice that feels nourishing, sustainable, and aligned with where you are right now.

Private Yoga Format Options

1:1 Private Yoga
A fully individualized session designed around you and your personal goals.

Duet Private Yoga
A beautiful option for spouses, partners, friends, or family members who would like to practice together while still receiving personalized guidance.

Small Group Private Yoga
Ideal for small groups or families wanting a more personalized shared experience outside of the public class setting.

1:1 Private Yoga Session (60 min) — $100
Duet Private Yoga Session (60 min) — $145
Small Group Private Yoga Session (60 min) — starting at $180


Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy offers a more individualized and therapeutic approach for those seeking support with specific physical, emotional, or stress-related concerns.

These sessions are led by our certified yoga therapist and are designed to meet you where you are with greater precision, care, and therapeutic intention.

Yoga Therapy may be supportive for those experiencing:

  • chronic stress, overwhelm, or anxiety

  • nervous system dysregulation

  • persistent pain or tension patterns

  • posture or mobility limitations

  • injury recovery or physical imbalances

  • breath dysfunction

  • a need for a gentler, more adaptive and therapeutic approach to practice

Sessions may include individualized movement, breath practices, restorative techniques, guided awareness, nervous system support, education, and personalized recommendations based on your specific needs and goals.

While Private Yoga is often centered around building or deepening a yoga practice, Yoga Therapy is more focused on using yoga as a therapeutic tool for healing, regulation, recovery, and overall well-being.

Because of the individualized therapeutic nature of this work, Yoga Therapy is typically offered as a one-to-one service.

Initial Yoga Therapy Session (75 min) — $155
Follow-Up Yoga Therapy Session (60 min) — $125
