Over 12 weeks, you’ll experience a variety of yoga styles—including Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, and more—while also exploring the deeper layers of yoga, including breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation, and yogic philosophy (like the Yamas/Niyamas).
