I am a transformational guide for the soulful seeker, a guide to your Authentic Self. In addition to a (past) successful career in the Federal and State Government, I am also a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach. I am an experienced registered yoga teacher with backgrounds ranging from Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Bikram, Gentle, Yin, Aerial, Stand Up Paddleboard, Tantrik, Children's & Teens, and more! I am a certified healing circle facilitator, vocal sound healer, and Reiki Master & Teacher. And I've uniquely had the opportunity to learn more about how to understand our lives and our beings through the deeper perspective of our human energy system (the subtle energy body ie chakras) through my aura & chakra live imaging, aura photography, and bio-well analysis. When we learn to view ourselves as the energy bodies that we are, learn how to transform our energy, we can massively and meaningfully transform our lives.
