Join us for a special community gathering celebrating the Summer Solstice, International Yoga Day, and the people who guide, support, and inspire us along the journey.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a time of light, vitality, growth, and possibility. International Yoga Day reminds us that yoga is more than movement; it is a practice of connection, awareness, and community.
As we gather on a day that also happens to be Father's Day, we'll take a moment to honor the qualities that help us stand strong in the world—presence, resilience, integrity, compassion, and support. Whether these qualities were modeled by a father, mentor, teacher, friend, or cultivated through your own life experiences, this gathering invites us to recognize and celebrate them within ourselves and our community.
Together we'll gather for:
• Gentle all-levels yoga and mindful movement
• Breathwork and meditation
• Reflection and journaling
• Community connection
• Solstice intention ritual
• Tea and light refreshments
This gathering is open to everyone—students, friends, family members, fathers, sons, partners, and anyone curious about yoga and community.
No experience is necessary.
Come celebrate the light within yourself and the community around you.
Free to attend.
Pre-registration required.
Hosted by Many Paths Wellness.
