6-Week Tai Chi Gung Series with Brian Early

Step into the timeless practice of Tai Chi Gung, a 3,000-year-old Tibetan moving meditation that awakens energy, restores balance, and fosters deep calm. Through gentle, standing movements accessible to all, you’ll experience a progressive journey of transformation. Similar in spirit to yoga yet unique in its graceful, fluid motions, this class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm.

While this is a 6-week progressive series, members and class pack holders are welcome to attend any class — whether you join once to experience its benefits or come weekly to deepen your practice. Because it’s done entirely standing (no yoga mat or floor work), it’s ideal for all levels and especially supportive for those with limited mobility. With limited spots, you’ll practice in a supportive group setting while receiving personal guidance from Brian.
