Ageless Movement is a weekly yoga class designed for active adults—especially those 60+—who want to stay strong, flexible, and mobile without pushing through fast-paced flows or compromising safety.

This class offers a slow-flow style with thoughtful transitions, emphasizing functional movement, balance, breath, and stability. While primarily mat-based, it occasionally integrates the chair—not as a fallback, but as a powerful tool to support alignment, build confidence, and expand what’s possible.

Whether you're working with joint stiffness, recovering from injury, or simply want a slower pace with meaningful depth, Ageless Movement meets you where you are—and encourages you to move with strength, curiosity, and grace.

Ideal for those who:

  • Want to stay active, independent, and agile

  • Prefer slower-paced classes with time to transition mindfully
