Are you ready to create lasting change and start your mornings with focus, energy, and intention? Join us for Master Your Morning: A 40-Day Mindfulness & Energy Reset, a transformative journey designed to help you reset your energy, cultivate mindfulness, and build a sustainable daily practice.
Led by Jess, a trained and certified trauma-informed Kundalini teacher, this 40-day challenge incorporates movement (kriyas), breathwork (pranayama), chanting, meditation, and eye focus (dristi). You’ll practice the same powerful Kundalini sequence every morning from 6:00-7:00 AM, either in person, allowing you to deepen into the practice and experience profound physical, emotional, and mental shifts.
This series is for the In-Person option. You MAY interchange with the Zoom Virtual Option when/needed. Email staff@manypathswellness.com at least 24 hours prior to receive the zoom login details.
