Mixed Levels Adult Yoga: Asana, Pranayama
Beginners and Experienced practitioners welcome. This class is a moderately active, flow/slow flow class, influenced by Hatha, Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Svastha, Tantric & Kundalini styles, with emphasis on the breath while exploring the various asanas.
These are very small, semi-private group classes. Trauma-informed teaching, loving and accepting pose adaptations provided as needed.
